How You'll Receive Your Purchase
Immediately after checkout, you'll be redirected to a secure download page. On that page, you'll see the name of the toolkit or bundle you purchased, a large Download Your Toolkit button, a confirmation message, your access details, and our support email. You'll also receive a payment confirmation email from Stripe for your records.
Download Access
Each purchase includes secure access to your files through a protected download link. Your download link provides 72 hours of access and up to 3 downloads. Once downloaded, your files are yours to keep permanently.
Why We Use Secure Links
Our toolkits contain proprietary HR content. Time-limited secure links help protect our digital products while ensuring you receive your files safely and without delay.
Storing Your Files
For long-term access, we recommend saving your toolkit to your computer, your company's secure drive, or your preferred cloud storage such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox. This ensures you always have your materials available when you need them.
